Refund policy
Clearance items are non refundable or returnable. Please choose carefully. Normal shipping rates still apply to these items.
Please ensure you select correctly when you place your order as I do not accept refunds for change of mind.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or faulty, please keep these items as they will need to be assessed.
Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with the order number and photos of the damaged products. This will be assessed and then I will organise for a replacement or refund.
i may also need photos of the damaged product packaging and may need to organise for the product to be returned.
Please be sure to contact me within 7 days of receiving the item as I will not be able to assist after this time.
Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate a refund for a change of mind, refusing the delivery, or providing the wrong address. Please ensure you have selected your products carefully, and ensure you have provided the right address, as I love my customers to be satisfied with their orders.
