FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

I am located in Hastings, Victoria on the Mornington Peninsula. If you're local to this area, then I can deliver your order for free, straight to your door! Just select local delivery on checkout, and if your address is within 10km of Hastings, you're eligible for free delivery

LOCAL PICK UP

Pick up is available (From my home in Hastings) for your convenience if you would like to pick your order up rather than waiting for delivery. Please allow 2-5 for processing, if it is going to take longer than that, I will send you an email with an eta. Some products may need to be made.

To pick up, please select the pick up option when you check out and don't forget to include your email and phone number so I can contact you when your order is ready. You will also be able to find my pick up location in the email. 

SHIPPING

Flat Rate shipping of $15.00.

I ship Australia-wide and use Australia Post for shipping. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order until it reaches you.

There may be a processing time of 5 to 10 business days for some candle and melt orders as they are made to order and will depend on the number of orders I need to get through.

If your order is going to take longer, I will contact you to let you know the time frame.

Once your order is placed, I won't be able to combine or change your order so please choose your items carefully.

I will do my best to make sure your order is packaged well and all items are secure to prevent any damage. Unfortunately, once your order is with Australia Post, it is out of my hands so any delays with delivery are the responsibility of Australia Post, and you will be able to follow your parcel with the tracking number provided.
